This document defines the exact limits and features for each plan tier. Your Terms of Service reference this document for enforcement.
Starter Package ($340/year)
Hard Limits

- 48-72 hour response time
- 1-2 tickets/month expected
Professional Package ($700/year)

- 24-48 hour response time
- Monthly check-in call (1× per month, 30 min max)
- 3-5 tickets/month expected
Business Package ($1,300/year)

- CDN (if applicable)
Support
- Email + WhatsApp + Phone
- Extended hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm JA)
- Emergency line (Severity 1 only, outside hours)
- 8-12 hour response (Crit: 4h)
- Bi-weekly strategy calls (2× per month, 30 min each = 60 min/month total)
- Quarterly business review (1× per quarter, 60 min)
- Custom development (5 hours/quarter included)
- Dedicated account manager (business hours, not 24/7)
- Unlimited reasonable tickets
Capped Human Labor
- Total call time: 60 min/month (2×30min) + 60min/quarter (review) = ~3.5 hours/quarter
- Custom dev: 5 hours/quarter (resets quarterly, does not roll over)
- Emergency line: Severity 1 only (full outage)
- Account manager: Email/WhatsApp during business hours (not on-call)

After-Hours Emergency Coverage
$50/month
- 24/7 emergency phone line (Severity 1 only)
- 4-hour response on weekends/holidays (critical outages only)
- Does NOT include general support outside hours

$150/hour (minimum 2-hour blocks = $300 minimum)

Extra Email Volume
$10/month per +5,000 emails
- Or customer can use their own SendGrid/Mailgun account
Governing Law
This document is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
